Three Rivers Birding conducted its second field trip to Hurshtown Reservoir today, April 13, with seven birders attending. A mostly routine trip was enlivened by a discussion about the identity of one duck. We eventually concluded that it was a Black Scoter, rarely seen in Indiana away from the Lakefront
