Webster Park - West Trail, Monroe, New York, US
May 15, 2025 10:10 AM - 11:15 AM
Protocol: Traveling
Bob & Sue Spahn, <rspahn...> mile(s)
Checklist Comments: Sue and I walked the West Trail clockwise after parking along the road in the gravel parking strip just N of the RV loop. Finally an increase in bird song and presence today. Slow at the start on the way back to the canopied bench. LOTS more song coming out on the N part of the trailbackto the campground road and walking back S ofn the road to the car. LOTS of Swainson's Thrush song first for the year for us. Also a few Veeries. Care taken to avoid double counting with the loop trail. Counts still minima present for the species.
