I don't have problem, but my binoculars will occasionally have issues.
The great thing is, I have a pair of Vortex 10x42 Diamondback have a
lifetime warranty. I just contact them, send them in, and they come back
working beautifully.
I have sent them in almost annually with no problems.
I highly recommend them.
