Today at the Proctor Academy birding trail and ski area (in Andover),
Garrett and I spotted a white colored cedar waxwing amongst a flock that
were “hawking” above the river (near swinging bridge). Upon closer look, we
could tell that this is a leucistic cedar waxwing. Meaning that it had
white feathers, but still had a black mask and eye color, and the
distinctive waxwing shape. Check it out when you’re able to. My checklist
