Hi Lam-Son,
I was there during that timespan, and the vehicle that caught my eye was an
older, medium blue, nondescript sedan with the long smooth contours of a
Crown Victoria (a favorite 'cop mobile'). It was backed into a stall in the
middle of the south side of the lot, and the driver was sitting in the
vehicle with the front doors open (possibly observing the comings and
goings in the area). Not much to go on, but I'll photograph it if I see it
again.
