We were pleasantly surprised by the nighthawk movement this evening in the Concord area. We counted 170 with most cruising north. The estimate on Chimney Swifts was about 80, and we had our first Cooper's Hawk of the season. Four other folks helped with count. Anyone who is interested, please, join us--5:30-7:30 pm. The location is the top level of the Capital Commons Parking Garage.
