Weather: Light (2-3) NW-WNW winds changing to SW at end of watch; temperature -- 14-22-21°C; Clouds -- watch began with about 1% cloud cover on the horizon and around 10 AM cumulus clouds started forming in northwest, eventually covering about 70% of the sky
Raptor Observations: No migrants observed One OS and two TV
Non-raptor Observations: Birds -- 3 Chimney Swift, 1 Great Blue Heron, i Raven, 6 Tree Swallows, and 18 Common Grackles Dragonflies - 2-3 Black Saddlebags "buzzing" around the Rock
