Finally!
380 Common Nighthawks in Grantham
Usually coming in from north east, milling and then going either due north
or south or west.
I made sure to see the group disappear before counting any incoming.
Wilder Dam was a good spot in 2023 but pretty minimal 2024 on random visits
and a bust late last week.
Tonight I was debating Wilder Dam after work but then incidentally found
about 60 over Eastman Lake Grantham.
So I tried a couple view spots and the best was a golf course parking lot.
Closer to home than Wilder Dam too!
