Is this a Red-Shouldered Hawk? Three photos...

The tail feather pattern in photo 3 indicates Red-Shouldered Hawk to me,
but I'm far from being a pro at identifying hawks. Photographed at
considerable distance from the observation decks along the canal in Mine
Falls Park 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

Also encountered a Peregrine Falcon for the second evening in a row perched
at the top of the 900 AM/99.1 FM WGHM antenna overlooking the Oxbow Cove in
Mine Falls Park.

I've been going out there in the early evening hoping to encounter
Nighthawks, but nothing observed so far.
