Visitors: Chris from State College. She was hoping to see a Golden Eagle by that time of the afternoon no birds were flying at all, said she would be back.
Weather: Very sunny in the morning with moderate SSW winds, clouds increased and winds decreased as the day went on. Light rain started at 2:15
Raptor Observations: Comparable good start to the day before complete lack of raptors in the afternoon. A very late Osprey and a Merlin were the highlights of the day. No eagles seen either migrating or local.
