Visitors: A couple from Clearfield County were hoping to see some migrators. They left disappointed.
Weather: Cool and totally overcast most of the day with heavy cloud cover and variable and inconsistent winds from the WSW.
Raptor Observations: Other than one ss, birds were low and close to the site. Just a couple TV today not counted. Local RT not counted.
