Visitors: 20, including a group on a York County Park staff led bird walk.
Weather: Temp = 10-15C, cloud cover started at 5% proceeded to full cloud cover by end of watch. Winds predominately WSW/SW, more moderate strength than forecasted, but some gusts. Occasional spritzes of rain in PM. Good visibility.
Raptor Observations: Minimal migration movement detected.
Non-raptor Observations: Local raptors (BVs, TVs, Bald Eagles, red-taileds and a red-shouldered) more active during am hours. A couple of tree swallows noted while there seemed to be decent overall movement of various passerines, moreso in am.
